We provide one year health guarantee for any life-threatening genetic diseases or congenital defects for all our puppies. A contract will be provided at pickup or delivery. If the defect is not life-threatening or easily fixed/cured, (ex. Cryptorchidism)

Yes, we are open to visitors once puppies get their first vaccine. Before the first vaccine, we can do facetime only.

Puppies are rehomed when they reach 12 weeks old at least. Imported ready to get rehomed at 4~6 month old.

Of course. Once you adopt one of our puppies, you become a member of Jelly Paw family. You will get a lifetime support and we will happily answer any questions you may have.
